We are excited to join with Rob Conatser and his staff at Sierra Strength and Speed. They will be providing NNJ players with the conditioning and strength training that are necessary to perform at the highest level.

Training will takes place at NNJ, and covers all Functional Movement, volleyball-specific strength and conditioning, and rest and recovery.

Rob, Justin, Jake, Thomas, and Travis do an awesome job coordinating training with players' competitive schedules, and help our athletes understand the importance of maintenance. Rob is also able to help our athletes address any concerns regarding injury or return to activity protocol.

Players that are hoping to compete at the highest levels in their age groups must participate in SSS.
