Club Programs

National Teams

These are the most aggressive of NNJ's teams. Participants practice a minimum of 6 hours a week and are expected to participate in additional SSS strength and conditioning training. Travel for these teams may include Texas, Utah, California, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Colorado, and others. 


Regional Teams

These teams practice 2-3 days a week (3-6 hours a week) at NNJ and travel through Nor Cal for tournaments once/twice a month from January through mid-May. Regional travel includes locations like Sacramento and the Bay Area. Some teams may also travel to Las Vegas or Salt Lake City.

Non-Travel Teams

These teams practice 1-2 days a week (2-4 hours a week) and compete in tournaments locally. Seasons run the length of a standard club season for a regional or national team, from November - April.
