Katy grew up in Fairfield, CA. She has been coaching volleyball for six years. She has coached club for six years (2 years assisisting, 4 years head coaching). She is the current assistant coach for Bishop Manogue's varsity team. 

As a player, Katy played club volleyball for six years and played throughout high school as an outside hitter and a setter.

A fun fact about Katy is she currently teaches 7th grade science and she loves it!
